Testimonials

I worked with Barry at my previous school where he was the drama teacher. I witnessed his incredible talent of capturing both students and staff with his unbelievable stories. No matter what, he always had the ability to leave the audience beyond captivated in story, regardless of age.

My Story...

I began my career in 1991 as a professional actor, telling stories on stage as part of a larger team charged with bringing a play to life.

Since then, I have found every opportunity to write that I could get my hands on: interpretive historical vignettes; one person plays; stage musicals about painters and scorpions and deserts. I’ve written op-ed journalism for a small town newspaper, challenging the conservative status quo with every column. I’ve been produced as a screenwriter, playwright, and novelist. I write damn fine copy, poetic odes to middle aged surfers, and episodic animated series for kids.

I’ve written on many topics, in a wide range of formats, for a huge variety of audiences. I love working with others to help them write and shape their stories. I’ve ghostwritten seven paranormal romance novels, helped clients write their family histories, and formatted ebooks and screenplays for a wide range of clients in Australia, the UK, and North America.

I also tell stories. Live, face to face, in person.

Story has had a very telling change on my life.
